Aesthetically the scooter looks great, but there were some mould spots on the deck tape and the spin of the headset wasn't as smooth as you would expect.
In this instance Skates were efficient in arranging an return, but the courier they use (Yodel) were poor and it took 2 weeks to have my package returned. I've had a few issues with Yodel in the past, someone maybe an alternative courier could be used?
My son was so excited when he saw this on Xmas morning so glad we came to a scooter shop and got a proper scooter you can tell the quality !
